Learner Support Assistants
- Hours: 09.30 – 15.30 pm
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Pay rate 1: £8.72 per hour + additional pay/hours for escorting as and when required for Bordesley Green, Elliot Lodge, Sayer House, Pheasey and Collingwood.
- Pay rate 2: £9.50 per hour + additional pay/hours for escorting as and when required for Signal 1, Signal 2 and Eden Lodge.
- Lunch Break: 30 minutes

Working for the Hub Manager and Deputy Hub Manager you will provide learning and development opportunities to young adults 16-25 and older adults 25+ who may have physical disabilities, personal care needs, profound and multiple learning Disabilities, autism and moderate learning disabilities. In addition to these, the job vacancies at Signal 1 and Signal 2 will include working with adults who may present behaviours that challenge.
As part of a team, you will assist in supporting learning through practical activities such as gardening, cookery, arts & crafts and community visits.
You will work as part of a growing team of Learner Support Assistants within an exciting expansion programme. As part of your role, you will be required to provide support with personal care needs e.g. toileting support and may be required to escort students by taxi [this would be discussed further should an interview be given].
