The Commonwealth Games….bringing it home!

This year The Commonwealth Games is happening in our own City of Birmingham and we are very proud of all that Birmingham has to offer.

We have been celebrating The Commonwealth Games by our learners exploring some of the other great things that their hometown has to experience. We had a fantastic day out at The Birmingham and Art Museum, it was made even more special by having a delicious treat of Tea and scones whilst there.

Our fantastic Bordesley Green Hub Manager, Zaiqa, is always striving with her staff team to give each learner at the hub quality and meaningful experiences.

We had a discussion and gave our learners a number of options as to where they would like to visit. After much thought, they chose to go for a visit to the Art Museum.

It is important for us all at Carefirst that our learners have choice, control and support from our experienced staff to explore each person’s learning needs and wishes.
