Our Staff

Here at Care First our staff are very important to us.

Alongside offering convenient working days and hours, excellent conditions of work and a positive pay structure, one of the many benefits of working for our company is that being a supportive organisation we work in partnership with The Care Workers Charity.

If you work in care and are going through a difficult time, the CWC may be able to support you with a one-off grant. Crisis Grants are for those working in social care who are struggling financially as a result of some unforeseen change in their circumstances, such as bereavement, housing crisis or illness.

We are also here to help with our staff’s mental well-being and health support. Our message is that ‘You don’t have to struggle in silence’. The Mental Wellbeing and Health Support Programme provides those working in social care up to 10 hours of free counselling with an accredited mental health specialist provider. No matter what you are going through there is support available. Care First is actively linking our staff to The Care Workers Charity in times of need.

Care First is proud to care and support our staff.
